We are a family business who started out in a small restaurant location in Patchogue, NY. We had so many catering requests from our locals and regulars that when we finally got an opportunity to expand into a catering facility we jumped on it.
We are located on the grounds of the Town of Islip’s Holbrook Country Club on Long Island, New York. Our recently renovated ballroom can accommodate upwards of 150 guests in an elegant setting overviewing a picturesque venue featuring one of Long Islands finest public golf courses.
Trio serves lunch and dinner 6 days a week, from Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesday for golf outings), and includes a large bar area as well as dining for up to 50 people. We also have a private room that can accommodate meetings up to 20 people.
Trio at the Holbrook Country Club’s recommended restaurant and catering facility not only makes an ideal place for golf outings, but also provides a picturesque venue to hold corporate events, weddings, parties and non-profit events. The Holbrook Country Club golf course and our restaurant Trio is open to the public.

Hello, Place looks great. I was performing in the Woodmere Country Club last weekend at a wedding, and someone said we should look into working at Holbrook Country Club.
